These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jilix ("jilix," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilix online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available at jilix.one and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or using any jilix service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You further represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jilix Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilix.

jilix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the jilix Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gambling regulations. jilix strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jilix is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion imposed by jilix or any relevant regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilix, or an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of participating in real-money gaming activities on the Platform.

jilix reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided and forfeited.

To access real-money gaming features on jilix, you must create a registered account through the jilix Login page. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one (1) jilix account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilix Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilix will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jilix immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jilix shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
• KYC Verification: jilix may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jilix account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the jilix Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. jilix accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your jilix account instantly. jilix does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jilix reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. jilix aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum requirement.

4.4 Fees. jilix does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which jilix bears no responsibility.

4.5 Refused Transactions. jilix reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, jilix may report the transaction to the relevant Philippine authorities.

jilix may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilix reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• jilix reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the jilix Platform.

jilix offers a range of online gaming products including live casino games, slots, bingo, Super Bingo, and the Wheel game. The following terms apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jilix is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Participation in a game constitutes acceptance of its rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All applicable jilix games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games use real dealers and physical equipment. jilix does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jilix reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. jilix shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jilix customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. jilix will investigate and provide a resolution based on the game logs and server records, which shall be considered definitive.

6.5 Responsible Wagering. jilix encourages all players to wager responsibly and within their financial means. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options accessible after jilix Login.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilix Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilix staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.

All content on the jilix Platform — including but not limited to the jilix name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of jilix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilix content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jilix content.
• Use any jilix trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilix intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jilix reserves all legal remedies.

jilix collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilix implements industry-standard security measures — including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no online system is completely immune to security risks, and jilix cannot guarantee absolute security.

jilix may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law, including disclosures to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other regulatory bodies. jilix will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jilix is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Verification: jilix strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will verify the age of all players as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings after completing jilix Login. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilix and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond jilix's reasonable control.

jilix's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilix account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilix's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if jilix reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

You may close your jilix account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

jilix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilix will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilix, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Where the dispute relates to a regulated gaming activity, jilix and the player may also seek resolution through the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. jilix operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates fully with regulatory oversight.
